I love AIO, but this app is frustrating for me. I'll be listening to an episode, and it'll randomly stop. When looking at the episode, it shows it's still playing. This happens multiple times each episode. I have tried restarting the app, logging out and logging in, and I even contacted support, but nothing helped. I'm tired of having to constantly pause the story, close the app, reopen the app, and then resume the story.

Having the same experience as everyone else, it seems. First off: love AIO! I have been listening since 99. The app used to work perfectly, and then there were some updates, and at some point within the last year, it started malfunctioning. The app will play an episode and shut off within a few minutes or so. Or it will "continue to play" with no volume. The only way to get it working again is to close the app and restart, which gets annoying while trying to get through an episode. Please Help!

We pay for the AIO membership yearly. The app only plays for about 30 seconds and then stops. It's extremely frustrating!! This needs to be fixed immediately! It is not right that we pay for membership, yet we can't even listen without multiple interruptions! We've uninstalled the app, updated the app, forced stop & cleared the cache, also reset the password, but still keeps stopping!! HELP!! ASAP!! Sincerely, a very frustrated mother
