Waste a lot of time trying to check on whether or not time was properly submitted. Reports fail often, sometimes for weeks on end, sync, no sync. The show accumulated hours check box no longer working. In all, the front end (app) is mostly okay, if ugly as hell. The back end behaves like a really crappy Access database from the 1990's. This is probably the cheapest solution available for smaller companies, but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't touch this if I was paying.

Technician here. Overall this app is better than I expected. When my company switched to foundation, it was rated just over a 1-star and I was questioning it. That being said, here is my 2 cents. Thing I dislike the most is how often you have to force stop the app and reboot. Other issues are it would sure be nice if people using the app in the field (not the office) could have access to adjust site notes, add in model/serial #s, have access to previously attached pictures on previous tickets.

This clock in app is one of the worst that I have tried. My bosses started using it lately and it has been chaos, a lot of bugs. People cant clock in/out, time consuming clock in/out, you cant just clock out, you have to submit your time card or the executives cant see your timecards. We have a guy that cant clock out because for some reason he is logged in a date in the future, and the support has so many security steps its insane. If you want to get this app for your company: dont.
