If you are going out on a vacation or you want to have your routine subscription items changed/annulled, you can easily pause or edit the items on your subscription plan. HOW TO USE THE FTH DAILY APP?

*SIGN-IN TO YOUR FTH DAILY ACCOUNT
Sign up and update your profile information, include your correct address. You can update your personal information in the "Me" tab under "Profile Information".

*ADD MONEY TO THE WALLET
Experience the ease of payment with FTH Daily wallet. After every successful milk delivery or any other purchase, money for that particular transaction will get auto-debited from your account. You can recharge your FTH Daily wallet using:

I initially chose FTH because of the flexibility to customize orders to my needs, and it started off well. However, recently, it's become frustrating. They pause deliveries when I need them most, mark items as out of stock, and now even charge for delivery. The app is disappointing; if they can't meet customer needs, it's not worth it. Very, very poor service. I’m extremely disappointed with this app. My products are marked as delivered every day, but I haven’t received anything. When I tried contacting customer care, there’s no direct contact option—only a voice message system. Even after leaving multiple messages, nobody responded. To make things worse, they’ve started charging an extra Rs. 2 as a platform fee, but the service is non-existent. Terrible experience!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent introduction of ₹3 delivery charge. As a loyal customer of over a year, I find this fee excessive, especially when other apps offer free delivery.The incremental cost may seem minor, but it adds up quickly.
