This app does not work well. The ability to select the payment due option is sometimes not available. The only fix for this is to use the "other" option and enter the amount manually. The other issue is, that even if the amount is entered, and continue and/or submit is touched, the payment will not process.

Billing failure as seen by others. Several times now I have gone in, deleted an old payment method, saved a new default auto pay card. Yet just this month, I now have to pay an extra late fee due to your failure to design a proper app. I got charged a late fee because the auto pay method failed, despite me deleting it multiple times before! It should not be there! I should NOT have to pay this fee due to your failure!

Every month when making a payment, I cant switch between my saved payment methods. I deleted one and tried to use the other method which automatically switched to Default; and then on payment page, it says no default payments are saved!! This is very frustrating, it should be simple clicks if your payment info is saved in the system. Now I dont know how to proceed with making a payment!!!
