Billing failure as seen by others. Several times now I have gone in, deleted an old payment method, saved a new default auto pay card. Yet just this month, I now have to pay an extra late fee due to your failure to design a proper app. I got charged a late fee because the auto pay method failed, despite me deleting it multiple times before! It should not be there! I should NOT have to pay this fee due to your failure!

Every month when making a payment, I cant switch between my saved payment methods. I deleted one and tried to use the other method which automatically switched to Default; and then on payment page, it says no default payments are saved!! This is very frustrating, it should be simple clicks if your payment info is saved in the system. Now I dont know how to proceed with making a payment!!!

I hate the games. Discounts if you use a certain amount of electricity? I had Coserv for years and never had to deal with anything like this. I just paid low kw fees for how much electricity I used. The lower the usage, the lower less I paid. My bill with Frontier jumps almost a hundred dollars randomly. Now I'm on a fixed plan and I'm just staying a hundred dollars up every month. Extremely unaffordable.
