I cannot log into the app since I installed it. I keep resetting the password and when I go back after I reset it tells me the password is wrong. There is an option to get a link emailed if I'm having trouble but I never receive the link! The only way to check stuff about my trip is on a desktop. It's 2021 fix it and get it together!

I love the company and travel with them regularly, but the app is terrible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times just to get basic components working. C'mon G Adventures, get your app sorted out!

The app was great but now it does not show my trip details, it just states 'What's your next adventure' My trip hasn't started yet and so how do I utilis3 the features such as packing list, details itinerary etc... The app is updated to latest version.
