Larson Managed Inventory (LMI) is a point-of-use inventory management and fulfillment service for the HVAC/R industry that can be personalized based on the needs of your business. Manage a single inventory location or expand into truck or technician-specific inventories with this real-time app. You choose whether to ‘watch’ or ‘replenish’ items, when and how often they should be replenished, and your preferences for how we support you with any ‘surge’ or unscheduled demand on your inventory. All you need to do is scan.

Setup is supported by our management team through an easy two-step ‘identify and verify’ process. We start by helping you identify the right parts, the right levels, and the right inventory turn times. Once setup is complete, you can move forward and manage LMI on your own, or our team can support you with things like seasonal adjustments, updated product offerings, and any other changes needed as your business grows.
