The idea is very useful, but the app works only in portrait mode. Most of the users would put the phone somewhere in the dash center, horizontally (as the camera view field is wider this way) and the app will stop finding the eyes. Fix this and add face select option (to determine who's the driver) and you'll get 5 stars right away!

Not yet perfect, if you look to the side it does not track your eyes. But overall very good!

Basic functionality seems to be there based on my limited testing. Not sure why the app is no longer being updated though.
