About this app

Access2Care is developing an intuitive way for health plan members to request, organize, and track their non-emergency transportation needed to get to and from important appointments and destinations related to their health. The application gives members and their families all of their ride information in one place and helps them manage, maintain, and modify any detail. The application can only be used by qualified members (i.e. – participating state and plan). Check with your health plan to see if you qualify!

only have had negative experience once out of 5 - 6 times!! For the most part it's an amazing, EXTREMELY helpful service!!! For people who are on disability &/or cannot drive yet it is very helpful. I don't know about other people's insurance but mine I called specifically to find out if I needed to have a tip for the money or if the insurance covers that and I was told not to tell them that, they have ate all under control witches so very awesome!!!!.

Not sure whether this should be a complaint of the app itself or the people providing ride services, but I was stranded at the hospital, outside in 100+° temps, for two and a half hours because drivers kept refusing my return trip - or so I was told. I will NEVER use this service again, and I'll tell everyone I know the same thing - for their own health and safety!!

This app is quick and easy, and it seems like the people who designed it cared about common sense usage and the consideration of the customer's time and effort. Unlike some transportation apps that have a confusing and repetitive format, which asks you overly detailed questions. But thumbs up to Access2Care.
