hi what does this error mean " no info event ( kind 13194 ) returned from relay ? I can't open my alby go wallet because of this error

This is NOT a wallet! this app is only a digital notification interface for a desktop application. This app is completely useless and worthless for my useless/situation. I'd love it if I could use it as a wallet, which is what it is supposed to be! If you do NOT already have a wallet on your desktop don't waste your time downloading.
