awkward to use. one glaringly bad feature is after giving login id and password, it asks for cruise number. totally unacceptable. you know the cruise number(s). if only one, no further questions needed. if more than one, list them in a dropdown menu. requiring customers to memorize cruise numbers is outrageous, given the much simpler alternative.

The app is generally functional, displaying what the cruise staff desires. The organization of the information could be improved, for example, we searched for several days to find when a could board the ship and did not find specific information. Also, I could not get the 'menu' and 'daily schedule' views to rotate when I rotated my phone, making them hard to read.

Clunky, doesn't refresh regularly, schedules aren't in order, ship location is inaccurate (only showed Rotterdam, we were never there), screen doesn't rotate to be able to actually read a long line of type in a menu. Terrible.
