I read the whole friggin description of the app, and still have no idea what it's for. If it's a company-specific device-specific tool, why not call it that way? I'm looking for a tool to diagnose my phone, and there is really no way to tell if that's one or not.

Can not get passed the language selection as it keeps trying to load it. Waited 30 minutes and still spinning
