Ratings and reviews

I've had Playio for sum yrs now, & even tho the rewards are slightly lacking, as well as the amount of $; overall, this is still my fave hands down, of all P2E apps. They stand out with their HUGE library of games(while continually adding to it weekly). Never any tracking issues either. The best part is, that you can earn for games that you already have downloaded/play regularly(provided they are among the games offered). Other apps tend to recycle the same tired stuff, that no1 wants to play.

I loved this app once apon a time but I have been wanting on my reward (purchase) for 12 days now. I've never had an issue before and it says that if there is an issue please contact customer service but there's no way to contact them so..... You get 2 stars Update: it ended up taking 2weeks exactly to get my rewards. And I still can't figure out how to contact support to respond to their response to my review so I'm sticking with my 2 stars (for now anyway)

I have not collected gems during game play in days. I'm a loyal player. I keep getting 2 hour perk has ended for this game and then earn nothing. Happened on many games. I've waited 24 hours, I've even tried to Uninstall and install it again and nothing. Up until now I have no complaints. Please help and I will it back to 5 stars.
