Ratings and reviews

Poor UI for admins, cannot sort data, cannot search by date, user process is poor, I'm still getting notifications to complete for a test identity. I'm really surprised that it doesn't have more reviews with 10,000 downloads

For an app that claims to get you on site quicker, this is very poor. Just hangs when logging in. Uninstalled after 3 or 4 attempts - don't need useless clutter on my phone.

Had a hard time opening app when i actually had to use it.
