Ratings and reviews

The people sitting for resolution do not call back and try and finish the matter. A simple insurance transfer has taken over 3 months and the person coming to do inspection also does not know what all details are required, due to which rejection is coming again and again. Everytime I call the number and have to explain the entire matter again, only to find that they have closed the case without proper resolution. I'm unable to drive my car due to negligence from Digit Insurance.

customer care is horrible they just kept sending the same photo/video upload link again and again, even after I submitted everything. Every time I followed up no real help. The process was frustrating and slow. Poor service, no coordination. I regret choosing Digit and wouldn't recommend it to anyone needing quick support.

no response from insurance. Toll free no not reachable. No response to the mails. before availing for travel insurance please check service and support on claiming process. this looks like an absolute fraud. I booked a travel insurance for flight travel and flight was delayed was trying to reach out insurance company but there is no any response from the company.
