About this app

Enumerate Engage is a resident portal and communication app developed for community associations and community management companies. Authorized residents can login to the app to check their association dues, payment history, and violation notices. Residents can also submit and check the status on architectural and maintenance requests, make online amenity reservations, interact in neighborhood groups and committees, message with their manager, make posts to their Community Feed, and RSVP to association events. Community board members can communicate internally within the app and use the Task Management system for planning projects. Community managers post official association information to the Association News channel. Email, text and mobile notifications can be set by each resident per information type.

they charge a $10 service charge to do an electronic payment (credit card). nothing like taking advantage of Seniors. most of the residents are snowbirds, which means we have to write a check and mail it to avoid the service fee. in today's world where electronic payments are made for everything, without service fees, I'm appalled at this. Hopefully the HOAP takes a hard look at this.

phone keeps sending 2 week old phone messages. Screen on Pixel 4a often displays whatever was on screen previously, rather than what I tap to see. Been happening for 3-4 weeks.

does not work properly, when attempting to submit online forms, the button to add photos is not active.
