NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! I placed the order last Saturday, and despite waiting almost 1 week, my item has not been picked up. It's very annoying and frustrating.

Parcel pick up has been canceled and rebooked for couple of times already (4 times to be exact) It's been two weeks and still no attempts of pick up yet. And when I am trying to cancel the transaction, there isn't even an option that it's because it is taking too long to be picked up. It's always either the receiver or sender's fault, when clearly it is YOUR fault.

Very good so far. But one request. Please improve your search function. Dont limit it to just the tracking number plssss. At least the names i hope we can search it
