Our focus is on freshness, enjoyment and quality. Here we set standards for the cheese counter, the prepackage counter and the self-service shelf.
The focus of our philosophy is the promotion, dissemination and preservation of the respective local cheese cultures as well as the maintenance of an upscale food culture. Regionality, traditional manufacturing processes, taste and the associated enjoyment make the individual products ambassadors for their terroir. Species-appropriate cattle breeding and traditional food handicrafts are the basis for regional taste diversity, which must be defended. Enjoyment, fine food and drink are the poetry of life.
Our range is enriched by over 5,200 cheese specialties from all over Europe, which we produce from 180 manufacturers. From classic table cheeses and traditional cheeses that are protected from origin to the creative gourmet specialties of the leading affineurs, we offer our customers a wide selection of cheese delicacies from every cheese group,
Our cheese scouts are always on the lookout for innovative products and innovations, whether in small farm dairies, alpine dairies or from our partner suppliers. We watch the markets and identify trends before they are in fashion with us.
Together with our partner suppliers, we have also developed our two exclusive product lines Selected Brands and Casa di Pietro, which have established themselves on the market with great success over the long term.
