Nice app though it doesn't have language options bringing difficulties for us not knowing Russian language to use it comfortable

Брал билеты на экскурсию на теплоходе по рекам СПБ. В итоге, за 40 мин отменили по погодным условиям, хотя в это время у других операторов речные прогулки осуществлялись. Деньги вернули через дня 3, но никакой ответственности и компенсации за отмену не предоставляется. Ещё один момент, цены в описании к экскурсии указаны одни, а при выборе билета уже дороже, рублей на 100
