Love the convenience of skipping lines and having a digital copy of our receipts! This was working fantastically until they released version 3.0. However, Skip Support was quick to respond to my email and let me know they would be releasing an update to fix the issue - which happened a couple days later. They even gave me some Wallet bucks for the inconvenience! Technology won't always work the way it is supposed to, but that's where good customer service and support are important - both of which Skip has in spades!!

Overall, I have absolutely loved using this app. I have skipped the line so many times when it was backed up several people. I don't know if it recently updated but all of the sudden, it won't load my location and so therefore I can no longer select stores. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but it still won't work. I hope it'll get fixed because I will choose stores that have skip and I hate that it's not working!

I used to like this app until the new update. Can't see anything in my shopping cart list until I restart the app. Everything in my shopping cart disappears too when you either try to remove an item, enter the weight for food, and/or enter the correct price for the wrong price button. It is very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this app until it is fixed
