About this game

Dual N-back is a memory training game that involves presenting two sequences (audio and visual) simultaneously. Studies have shown that this brain training improves a person’s working memory, math ability and short-term memory among others. Practice 30 minutes daily and your fluid intelligence may increase by 40% in 2 weeks!

The game will start with a default level 2, N=2...where you have to remember the position (square) and the sound (letter) from two turns back (N back). Once the position or sound matches, you have to click the corresponding button, respectively.

You can change the default setting as you prefer. Good performance will get you to level up, or manually set the level that you prefer.

Increase your brain power! Have a fluid mind and maximize your intelligence. This is not an easy game so fail over and over and exercise your willpower muscle! A challenging gameplay experience! It takes a few days and you gain the skill for the rest of your life.

Ratings and reviews

Clean and simple intro to dual n-back training. Too bad the latest update crashes the app on startup, so it's now unusable. Also, even before the new update, the weekly high scores list was always broken, and the details of how people got their all-time high scores was always broken (obviously bad/missing data) making it hard to compare your performances with other players.

Unfortunately, no matter what I do, this just keeps crashing upon trying to open it. Needless to say, that needs to be hotfixed IMMEDIATELY, as this was the best Dual-n-back app around, and was genuinely helping me in daily life. Without it, I feel... a little bit lost. 😞 I'll edit this to be a 5/5 as soon as this major issue is fixed.

Great app. But for some reason it is not opening, it keeps on crashing when I try to open it. If some way could be found to change that, it would be great. I think the issue is in the update, if the devs can help... Please
