For days it was loading for hours without actually opening so I reset my phone still nothing, I cleared the cache still nothing then I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it won't even open. So I couldn't even go shopping if I wanted to let alone access my card to pay the bill. Don't waste your time with the app or the card. Go somewhere else where they actually know what they're doing. All the money they get and they can't even fix their apps to work. This is absolutely ridiculous

App lets you go to the main page of the app, but once you start doing any kind of filtering the whole app breaks. None of the pictures load and the page is completely unnavigatable. You would think a company this size would have spent money to refine their app and make it usable.... Honestly makes me want to just go to Best Buy and their functional app.

You clearly don't want customers! I can't sign up for an account on the app. I just downloaded the app because you're a local and long established NYC Metro company, and I wanted to give you my business. Now, I'll give you a chance, a few days to get your IT together, offer a lame explanation. But, honestly, this doesn't bode well for the company's reputation or further longevity.
