It stopped letting me make my payments on my vehicle loan for the same day. It was my last payment and I was 3 months ahead on payments and I could not pay until after the payment date causing me a late fee. It would keep telling me unable to process transaction at this time try again later. The app navigation is easy. But I also hate having to re-enter my password every couple weeks.

This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! I was forced to upgrade and can log in rarely. Constantly telling me "something went wrong, please call for assistance" which I have done over a dozen times in the last 2 months. Forced to change my password everytime to the point where I can not even think of any more that I would be able to remember. Fingerprint login fails all the time. Instant balance has never worked once. All around a big FAIL with this app. Not sure why they even had to change itπ‘π€¬

This app is a hot pile of garbage. I've been with Granite State for a couple of years now and have been using this application for most of that time. 99% of the time, this app will not function. If I'm not having issues with simply logging in, the application just doesn't function at all. When I'm able to get logged in I am met with the home page displaying my accounts, from here I cannot do anything. Clicking on my accounts, or any other tab in the app, is met with no response.
