Ratings and reviews

Great when it works. However, be careful and always keep your keys. The jade has to be reset constantly and the app (both desktop and phone) don't always communicate. Especially when you have to update the firmware. The Bluetooth and the USB won't work and you'll have to reset everything, reinstall & use your keys. You need to be experienced, more than average, to use the jade and Green safely. I don't think it's safe to keep your BTC long term in cold storage with the jade and the apps.

Be careful with Lightning. Once, I couldn't find my account in the app. Re-enabling it resulted in an error: Something went wrong while initiating your Lightning account. There was about $500 in the channel. I was able to restore it on another phone, but it was still a bad experience.

The app is stuck on the splash screen, saying it has been updated from Green the Blockstream, but won't go any further than this. I have reinstalled the app, still no joy. Why is this happening. Samsung S22 Ultra.
