As the owner of a small salon, I love GrooMore. The software is easy to use and understand. My employees like the ability to check their schedule at any time on their phones. There would be a great advantage to using this app for mobile salons as well. Customer service is the best I've ever worked with. They really care about creating a product that works for your company. GrooMore also integrates with QuickBooks and Square, which makes accounting much easier.

Love this app! I have a small shop from home and it's so perfect for appointments and keeping track of my insights. I especially love the online booking, as it's so easy for my clients to use. The customer service is also amazing, they get back to you right away and they even have an amazing community page on FB for suggestions and to talk about what more we'd like from the app.

It's ok but alot of features I don't use. I don't like that the client is messaged from a number that they cannot reach unless we pay for the monthly fee. The texts should come from our business number. I wish they had a "light" version because I literally only want to use it to schedule and thats it.
