It worked fine for a while. now, I can't connect. we've had this machine and app for almost a year. but there are issues with the languages available, dependent on the country you are in when you install.... very annoying. but I haven't had access for around 6 weeks and can't seem to reset the cleaner to reconnect with the app. I set a boost for one room for an extra clean, and now, without connection, it can't get around the whole house because I can't adjust the settings

The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

The software is garbage, since the last update, the robot cleaner defaults to eco vacuum power and medium wetness for the mop. no matter what you choose, it reverts to these settings after a few seconds. Good hardware, junk software. Rowenta seems to be good for air fans and nothing else !
