Good food, but app doesn't save payment info anymore. I even bought a stupid gift card in the hopes that it would save that payment, but it didn't come with a pin as far as I can tell and every attempt to input the card info gives a generic "success" message on each line with no actual indication that it did or did not go through. The way the app broke the saved payment makes me actively dislike going to Gyro Shack for my lunch, as it takes extra time and awkward interactions.

When I tried to pay I got an error message with a bunch of gibberish code. I tried a different card and then got a "403 forbidden" message. Same with a third card. Also it emptied my cart each time I restarted the app to try again, and it doesn't save payment info. Guess they don't want my money.

Food is on point, cannot complain about that. I've never had a bad experience there, however, given the fact that their prices have doubled in the last 5 years and are now rivaling an actual sit down restaurants prices, but without the customer service it's not my favorite place to eat anymore.
