About this app

The H2 Health app helps new patients complete all the necessary registration paperwork easily from their mobile device. The app walks the new patient through each step and captures the necessary information for their first appointment with the therapist saving time and providing accurate information. It eliminates the need for new patients to come to their first appointment very early and take time to fill out paper forms on a clipboard by hand.

Terrible experience just signing up. App just falls to a blank white screen when I try to submit the picture, The date thing kept resetting when I was trying to put in the month. Then I figured out you have to go to the end and do the year first... Now I'm stuck on the signature screen and it's just a scrolling wheel complete waste of time and I'm willing to bet now. I have to do it all when I go into the office

Have tried xxxx times and unable to open or access program. It keeps stalling out. Can't change anything to make better. 1sr appt will be doing a lot of physical paperwork. My internet is still spinning while trying to get this to open.

App is TERRIBLE! I get an error message after every step. I asked to skip the registration but it is still asking for extensive information. The app will not allow me to input my state and now I cannot continue.
