Ratings and reviews

The latest update reversed the order in which you can view your account transactions. Instead of having the most recent transactions at the top, as it has always been, now you must scroll clear to the bottom to view your current (most recent) transactions. Exactly opposite from how it has been since day one. Very confusing, please fix!!

When it works, it's pretty convenient. But that's the problem. It hardly ever does. I've had this app for years and update sorry update it always randomly crash's, freezes, or outright won't open. It's sad it's been around this long and they can't even get it to function at a basic level. I've give through several different phones and they all have the same issue, so it's definitely an app problem, not a phone problem.

Awful! I almost always have trouble logging in, the app crashes and displays error messages constantly so to check my balance and transactions I have to call the same bank hotline that I called 20 years ago. So annoying that I want to switch banks! Where is the $6 monthly maintenance fee going? Surely NOT the app!
