I find myself going from page to page looking for what I need. Not easy to navigate. Trying to connect an external account, and it tells me to enter the deposit amounts to finalize the connection. When I tap the link to do this, it takes me to a page where there is no place to enter these amounts.

Every single time I log in, the finger print scanner doesn't work and says there's an error. I try to log in manually, still an error. It tells me it wants to send password to two unknown numbers I never registered on this app. This app is trash. Please fix everything

This application is literally the worst! They lock you out after 2 incorrect password attempts, the reset password function does not work and you have to go into one of their branch locations to regain access to your accounts. If they care so little about providing USABLE banking app/services why should I expect them to not make my life hard if I give them a $1.2M mortgage?
