Extremely Poor Advisor App. Entire 1up is a Poor App. In the Name of Data Security. Screenshots are Restricted on Mobile App. Also Dashboard is a Waste as none of the options are effective and one needs to go to View All Option for all Policy Servicing. I know Neither HDFC Ergo nor the App Developers are going to accept this as it is HDFC EGO Problem. Then you ask for Feedbacks. It is Negative from MY END.

Agents are not Happy with this. app.. old pie is very better.. and Every day asking update while open.. time is wasting.. and irritating

please don't get agent from HDFC ergo ,if you are hdfc bank employee it's ok if you take agency from direct you won't even login the app ,if you login the app it will not generate the quotation ( it took 56 days to an agent like whole process after making the 800 exam fee) worst worst totally waste of time please don't waste your time on this go for another agency ,(no sealles leader no one will contact with you to say the process what is what) worst totally waste of time
