This app is complete garbage. I tried to use it to find parts as a maintenance person, and I can not even get the keyboard to function so I can search without fighting with it. As soon as you start typing a search, the keyboard freaks out. Neither the scan nor photo options work either. Still have to sit for 5-10 minutes looking for what I need in the massive 2,000 page book.

I have to second this is the worst app ever! App will not let you bring up a product page so you can look at the description or even add it to your cart to purchase. Search for items and it brings up a nice list of the items but when clicking on the item for a better description it just brings you to advertising pages every single time. Completely worthless!

I've been trying to download, and uninstall this app on the Hope's to get it to work for months. What the heck HD Supply? this shouldn't be that complicated. all of your rivals seems to be able to create and maintain an app just fine. very frustrating... Edit: Thank you HD for paying attention to our reviews and concerns. I downloaded the app once again per your reply & it seems to working once again! The app seems to be working very well and it make my job dramatically easier. Thanks again!
