Lacks the finishing that a community-based app requires.... I signed on to the concept but reality isn't good. There are no safeguards against bad actors other than some warnings. There is no functionality to adjust for on-route stops. When riders are recommended, there is no way to review the profile before sending invitations. Overall, this is a sub-standard operation. They are not responsive to the community either.

UPDATE: I GOT ONLY ONE WARNING FOR NOT RESPONDING TO REQUESTS AND THATS BECAUSE AM NOT GETTING PROPER NOTIFICATION. THERE IS NO INSTRUCTIONS SHOWING IN THE APP, JUST A SCREEN WITH A MESSAGE ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. OLD: I couldn't get any help from your customer service. There is no option to chat also. I have sent email regarding my issue but no response
Accounts are suspended after repeated breaches of our Terms of Service, like requesting payments outside the app, sharing phone numbers before booking, or low response rates. Reminders are provided when posting trips, and suspensions only happen after multiple warnings. Please follow the instructions in the app.

A very good app for long distance travel. Perhaps riders should see and know driver's licensed plate of car ahead of trip, for security reasons and riders should be able to share trips with family and friends just like for the in-town/short distance hailing apps.
