One star because at least they don't have ads in the app, however the app no longer functions since the last update on 3/22. Just goes to a black screen instead of the login when opening. Cannot login or access anything via the app. Forced into using browser site instead. Update on 3/30: It took a week but the app is functional again. All in all it's simple enough to use a that's about all one can ask for other than quicker fixes to major app breaking issues.

My experience with Happy has been perfect so far. All together a great company. My complaint is with the ability to overpay. I received an email after opening my loan that directed me to this "new" app which would allow overpayment of the payment due, and would allow extra payments as I was able to do so. I have successfully made my regular payment for the month, however I have had no option to either make more than the minimum payment, or make an additional principal payment.

I only have the option to pay off the full balance, I no longer have the option to do the monthly/additional payments in the app. Samsung S24 - Android 14 - OneUI 6.1
