The project „Continuing strengthening and streamlining the national asset recovery system”, code MySMIS 152912, code SIPOCA 1157 aims to strengthen the Agency's capacity in order to fulfill the institutional mission effectively and efficiently, by perfecting the activity of the specialists involved in the process of identification, management and asset recovery.
The project implementation period is 22 months, and the total eligible value of the project is 3,796,862.00 lei, of which 3,188,751.36 lei non-refundable eligible value from the European Social Fund and 608,110.64 lei eligible co-financing of the beneficiary.
It is estimated that 500 people from the target group will participate in the project's activities (prosecutors, police officers, representatives of the National Fiscal Administration Agency and the National Office for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering, ANABI staff, etc.).
The results of the project concern human resources specialized in the field of identification, management, and interim sales of seized assets (project result 1) and good practices identified and disseminated in the matter of identification, confiscation, and interim sales of assets derived from crimes (project result 2).
