Unfortunately, the app is stuck on the 'please wait' loading for me. It was working fine before, but now it doesn't. I'm not sure what's going on. I tried clearing cache and data to no avail.

This bank locked my debit card and never told me that they did. App has no indication of it and never alerted me of any suspicious activity.

Always friendly, prompt and helpful in many situations. I've been banking there for 45 years and it's like a second family. Even through the years, friendships have developed and they always take care of me! NWCCU is the best credit union!
