It's pretty basic and⁰ easy to navigate. The problem is that I useI this app several times a day, and at least 3 of those times it won't let me log in for whatever reason. It tells me then I have to try 3 more times and eventually then I can login and a few times they locked my account. And I had to call the bank all over some who knows what. the rest of the app is really good. It's intuitive, I think, and it tells you all the stuff you need to know. But if you can't log in, then what's the poin

Let's roll the dice to see which device will flag a security measure and enter a code to make sure it's me, so frustrating. I've used other banking apps for years and have only been asked that once. Scanning checks for deposit, quicker to just drive to the branch and the maximum dollar amount is too low. The previous Bank of America would literally scan any amount and be in my account the next morning. The savior from this app and moving to another bank are the great branch employees.

Sometimes the app doesn't work at all (for over a year...I stick with the app because, well, it's the only one my bank offers.). I will click on my password and nothing happens. I will click on anything and nothing happens. I can't check my account balance or deposit a check through the app and when this happens it is frustrating; I then have to go to the website or call to find my balance.
