It's fine when it will actually let me log in, which about 1/10 times throughout the month. It takes so long to make an electronic payment from another bank, that I find myself checking repeatedly throughout the 10 days to see if it's FINALLY made it. It takes several times throughout the week of attempting to log in, before I can actually get in. It's better on a laptop, terrible on a phone.

Issue with mobile deposit tried off and on for a week. Called Honda and still not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted phone still not working. I want the old system back. Had issue also when making loan payment but that got straightened out. It's been 2 more weeks and still can't do a simple mobile check deposit. System still sucks! Even tried on a different phone. Downloaded the app still kicking me out when trying to use the check deposit. Very frustrating!!! Come on Honda!

I really liked the previous app & miss it! The "updated" version feels cumbersome & not ready for usage. I especially miss the ability to remember more than one username; I have two separate HFCU accounts & typing in the usernames constantly is annoying. The previous version saved both & I could select which one to log into. Also, the transfer process is a bit more confusing compared to the previous app. Overall, the app functions as it should, but lacks a polished & easy user experience.

- We encourage you to configure your mobile devices to automatically update newly available OS verisons.
