Ratings and reviews

Mobile site doesn't work. I put in the location and date. There's no "search" button so I just tapped "go" from my mobile keyboard and it just refreshes the page. So I downloaded the mobile ap for android. Put in the location but nothing happens when I tap "pick a date" I keep tapping it and no keyboard comes up, no calendar... nothing. I tap "search" and it just refreshes the page. This could be a great business if you can get the app and site working.

This app is a scam. I like to give new things a try and thought that it would be interesting to do. I showed up at the hotel before I could even give them my reservation number the concierge was already telling me that I didn't have a reservation. So I had to show them that I did have a reservation slightly forcefully so that they would stop trying to turn me away. I called hotelsbyday customer service couldn't reach them sent an email still no response this was over a week ago. Buyer beware!
