it was a mixed experience with the app. some products are not available(I was trying to buy ojasvi tea) individually but available in combo packs. i don't like the idea of combo packs some like these some don't. And delivery charges are so high for me so i decided to buy from local store.there should be free delivery over Rs. 500. FOR DEVELOPERS : make it user friendly it updates info very slowly Always Remember User experience is very important give time to that.

Website and app is very slow. Ui isn't user friendly. Search feature is slow. Address management isn't proper. Please provide an option to store multiple addresses. On website, When i click on "My account ", it takes me to login or signup page every time, even if I am logged in.

Nice aap to purchase authentic ayurvedic items. Delivery charges are higher than other online shopping portals but when we compare price of authentic ayurvedic item from market, it is very less. So guys, no need to worry about delivery charges, just go for it, you will find these items very economical compared to other brands. Other brands do not take delivery charges, but their products authenticity can not be established, moreover their items are much costlier than items provided by Ashram.
