The new update has caused the app to stop working, can't open after putting in the pin number

I had to reinstall the app for over 10 times and it still went blank whenever l tried to open a savings account....this is a disaster

All the FBC apps are rubbish. I keep getting error issues when trying to log in or no I fo message when trying to check balance or even statements. FBC, c'mon and be serious with your customers. Even after every transaction I don't get a balance message on my phone. Your greed is surpring. I get charged every time I check my balance!!!
