Hopeless app, not all options are covered, for example STP which I am looking for to stop. Website is glitchy and does not help to find or complete. Just advertisements on website and promotions of mutual fund. In a corner you will get the dashboard option after searching. Unable to stop an STP since a month. Earlier visit was not success and now also. It has become frustrating to use this and web app. This app does not even have option to view STP, even if does where to find it? #Unfriendly

The worst AMC app; difficult to use and it doesn't sync with the portal correctly. Try checking the transaction history following choosing a date range and submitting the request; a pop-up appear "Statements sent at your registered mail address" . Even aftereight hours, it hasn't.

I changed my mobile phone, after that I tried to login but there is no option after installing direct register yourself, I tried that to but I didn't received otp after several tries to, there is no option like resend otp also and after that I tried to connect with them but they are not taking call also. Very bad customer service.
