This was my first time using the app. It was easy to set up my account, schedule a pickup day and time, and make changes if necessary. Going and coming home, the drivers arrived on time or early, drove safely, and their cars were clean. The app notified me how far away my driver was on a map, the driver called me, and the app automatically called me. This maybe my best taxi experience to date. The only problem is that it's too easy to reset the home location if the pin on the map moves.

Useless. Can never get a cab. They also lie about the rates and are consistently $10 to $15 more than what was quoted in the app.

While it's exciting to have an alternative to Uber and Lyft, this app needs some serious work. The price quotes are inaccurate- I've been charged substantially less AND substantially more than the approximate fare shown at booking. I don't use the in-app pay option because I don't trust this app with my cc info. That said, the last time I used this app I had pay by reading my cc number to the dispatcher over the driver's cell phone because the cc machine in the cab was broken. Messy.
