The app works like it should. There can be a long wait while it finds a driver for you. The Uber app is a bit faster at selecting a driver to be honest, but it looks like getting a driver to arrive at your pick-up spot takes about the sam amount of time. It just takes Radio Cab longer to select the driver and send them to you, but when they do... it's just a few minutes of waiting. All said the app works like it should.

Gave radio cab a second chance and they failed. Scheduled a ride more than 2 days in advanced. All that did was automatically book about 10 minutes before your scheduled ride in which it got stuck in status "assigning driver". Had to cancel and just walked to get where I needed to go. Thankfully it was only a 30 minute walk and not raining. Do not use this if you absolutely need to get somewhere on time.

Don't use this app if you are disabled. A) they don't prebook accessible vehicles, they do not do them late and they cannot accommodate a power chair B) they don't double check that your reservation is even possible and will not inform you. Despite all of this, their app let me prebook for my power chair. If you need a WAV, call them
