This APP cost me headache, money, and frustration, I told them in the branch, many times that I am leaving Jordan to south Asia, and I DO NEED to access my account from there, more than 5 times they said yes, I opened a local Jordanian phone line, just to make sure the APP will work overseas . the branch manager, have no clue, and the clerks, whom are very polite, don't know a thing. now : should I travel 7000 miles, just to make a withdrawal or access my account ???

The worst bank in Jordan, Useless application, Old fashioned banking systems, Amateur staff and management, Avoid at all costs from my 2.5 years experience.
