Forcing everything through the app is frustrating. I need to reset password to access the desktop site, but all of the reset links direct into the app. I have fingerprint access turned on, so it only loads that ability. Backing out takes you to the normal log in screen, forcing a loop where you can't reset the password. If you are going to force everything through the app, it can't have these types of basic design flaws.

Had no problems registering and after reading other reviews have logged in and out numerous times with no issues. The app is lightning fast (not a huge deal but thought I would mention it since it's in their "about this app" detail.

Constantly not working. Constantly removing my policy. Constantly not recognizing my password and I have to reset it every time. Best part is their online login doesn't work. The login link takes you to Google Play, forcing you to use the app, that doesn't work.
