App is laggy, buggy, and I don't know how many times you need to attempt to log in for it actually login. Very bad experience with the app. Sometimes, it needs to be installed and reinstall a few times for it to work. Security concerns about the app as well. The only reason I still have my Bank Islam account is due to it's link with Tabung Haji, other than that, the bank and app is pretty useless.

Previously I have been using online banking via website and also Apps, but now suddenly I couldn't log in to because it said that I need to go ATM or branch for activate?? which I don't know what's the point of doing it. I have been using the same phone without any issue now you want me to activate what?? Complicated Apps features and not convenience at all. What's the point of downloading the Apps or have a website if you still require to go to bank??

Transaction above my daily limit all need to be approved by GO app. Sure. However, I've been using this app for years and this latest update keep making it harder for me to use fpx transaction to pay my bills. Why does it keep telling me to download GO app to proceed with the transaction? The app is there sitting uselessly in my phone. Even after two years but still no improvement.
