The app works as intended. The problem is kitsap credit union. For a bank that seemingly only has branches on the wa st islands (that require a ferry ride to reach), they make it very difficult to make my loan payment. There is a 15 dollar "convenience charge" to make a payment via debit card over the phone or online and insist you set up the app to avoid the charge. Once I set the app up, I realized that I couldn't make a debit payment through the app. 3 day wait for transfers is also rough.

I appreciate having access to my account and being to sign in with the option of using my fingerprint is a nice touch. It's also nice that I can now deposit checks via mobile deposit. The app has difficulty with differentiating the difference between certain numbers during deposit (I had trouble with 5 & 6 specifically - even when typed on the check) which made the process more trying than it should have been. It's a good app, though, with just a couple bugs.

Awesome! Easy to use and very capable. Update on this: after an update several months ago, transfers made in-app after the close of business don't show up in transaction history until sometime the next day. I can't ever tell if they are dated effective the day of the request, or the day they post. Not a hugely big deal, but an irritating and unfortunate example of someone's poor app design. How do we fix this?
