This app is garbage. The biometrics doesn't work, and it locks you out from getting into your account. My husband is the primary, and I've been banking here on the same account with him for the last 17 years, but they always have to talk to him before I can do anything annoying 😡, now we have to go into the bank to straighten this mess out. They also need alerts and notification on all transactions and also need a locking feature for when your banking card is not being used.

It just took about 10 tries to capture the backside of one check. It kept telling me that there was no signature although i endorsed the check. I'm wasting a lot of time. The best banking app I've used so is M&T Bank which is the bank i use for my job with using the same phone. It's fast and takes no time to focus and snap the picture.
