The app USED TO be flawless, I could do everything quickly and efficiently. The past 3-4 weeks, the app is not working right for one reason or another more often than not. Sometimes I can log in but have a main screen with no accounts listed, but other functions are available. I have to go to the move money screen to see my balance. Time to put some effort into getting this app back where it used to be!

It's reasonably functional...works most of the time but when it doesn't work it picks the worst times (when I NEED to transfer money to another acct). Many banks now allow sub accounts within a customer's account that money can be transferred to (vacation, healthcare, etc.) Pen Air PLEASE get on board with this. I keep coming back hoping there is an update. The money mgmt is not helpful and is honestly too much to figure out. A simple sub account labeled "Bills" would be more than enough.

Absolutely love banking with Pen Air FCU! And the app is easy to navigate. Very useful in my daily life, helping keep me on track with my budget. Makes paying all of my bills easy. I have my auto loan as well as credit cards with Pen Air, making life much easier. The budget tracker and other various tools make it easier to set goals for paying bills off early. Very satisfied!!!
