The app worked great from 2021 up until April or may 2023. Now , I can not open the app being on mobile data. Only works on wifi. I've deleted the app, redownloaded, cleared cache and cookies, even contacted support and told them of the issue but nobody has provided a resolution. Quite frustrating when I'm in public trying to transfer money from accounts or through zelle and I have to use the browser instead of the app.

Updated since CU became Rize. Login is harder because it doesn't like Gboard. Though I saved my username, once I add my saved password, the username deletes & I have to enter it manually. Every time. All this while biometric unlock is enabled. I've uninstalled / reinstalled & tried every setting, no fix. Simply not my favorite anymore. Old review: Love that I can confirm my identity with my fingerprint. Up-to-date app has the latest information on my accounts at a glance. Love it!

I deposited a check from an account at another bank. It was so difficult... especially having to fit "For SCE FCU mobile deposit only". The first time I tried to deposit the check, it wasn't accepted because I didn't write that sentence. I've never had to write anything like that. I tied to deposit the check again and again... it took 5 checks before everything was perfect enough for the app to accept the deposit. They need an easier way to deposit checks.
